Delivery and Process time 

It will take 24 hours for us to verify your payment.
Please make sure your delivery address matches your shipping address, as well as the name. Items will not be shipped to PO boxes.

 

Please allow a processing time of 10-15 working days from when you order and payment has been verified.

For orders that  involve colouring please allow an additional 5-7 working days to your order.

Item will be shipped via Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class or DHL Express for International Orders:  1-3 days.

Bank holidays and weekends are not included.

We are sorry you are not happy with your product, feel free to contact us for advice if your are having difficulty with your product. An exchange can ONLY be made if there is a clear mistake made on our part and you have received a completely incorrect item. Item should not show any signs of wear or tampering as this will not be approved.

If this is the case, email us photos of the UNWORN items within 24 hours of receipt. IF HAIR HAS BEEN USED IT IS UN-REFUNDABLE, We are happy to work with you and review this on a case-by-case basis and all communication will be made via email.

When shipping back your item please include your order number and the details of the exchange.
